El is an amazing therapist and mentor. I have never met anyone with her level of perception before, she magically gets to the issue at hand, she does so with warmth, humour and a great deal of wisdom. El creates a safe space and I completely trust her. Progress is made because of this foundation, and she has a lot to offer in her toolkit. She is grounded and calm and imparts so much wisdom around identifying blocks and restoring flow from a deeply feminine perspective. I highly recommend El for both individual sessions and workshops.
